Bridging NewcastleGateshead is creating great places to live across parts of NewcastleGateshead. We are a housing market renewal pathfinder, set up by the Government in 2002. We are a partnership between Newcastle and Gateshead councils, and we operate across an area covering around 77,000 properties. We are working to provide better quality and choice of housing. Community engagement – listening to and talking to residents – is crucial to the success of our programme.
