• Refurbishment of part of Bensham Crescent and Victoria Road gateway.
• Decent Homes programme at Clasper Village, Redheugh and Eslington Courts, Rose Estate and Milling Estate by The Gateshead Housing Company.
• New supported living and social housing for families at Clasper Village.
• Mixed-use development at Brydon Fibres site.
Other exciting developments in the area include:
• New supermarket in the heart of Teams.
